I live in Santa Barbara and most of my cases are in Santa Barbara and Ventura, but I can take cases from all over the country. How can a lawyer in California help someone who lives in Houston or Miami? The arrival of the electronic office has made a nationwide tax practice possible and efficient. Client contract is by telephone, E-mail and express mail. IRS contact is by phone, FAX, and mail. IRS collection functions are handled mostly from Service Centers, and face to face contact with IRS is not necessary. This gives the client the ability to pick the best talent regardless of location. Many clients appreciate being able to confide in someone who will not be sitting next to them at the Rotary or PTA.

Most collection areas clients owe more than they can pay and need a financial reorganization to give them a fresh start. My mission is to plan a financial reorganization that maybe able to solve all tax and other creditor problems, and then providing ongoing advice to return the client to financial stability.
